We specialize in severe service industrial valves including slurry valves, metal-seated ball valves, butterfly valves, instrument valves, and custom-engineered solutions for alumina, petrochemical, metallurgy, and energy industries.
What certifications do your valves carry?
Our valves are manufactured under ISO 9001, API 6D, CE, and TS (China Special Equipment) certified quality management systems. We also comply with NACE, API 607 (fire test), and various international standards.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We accommodate both small batch orders for replacement valves and large volume orders for new projects. Contact our sales team for specific MOQ information based on your requirements.
What surface treatments do you offer?
We offer HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel) tungsten carbide coating, plasma spray, plasma overlay welding, Stellite hardfacing, and CO2 shielded welding — all performed in-house for maximum quality control.
Can you manufacture valves to custom specifications?
Yes, custom engineering is our strength. We design and manufacture valves tailored to your specific operating conditions, media characteristics, pressure/temperature requirements, and industry standards.
What is your typical lead time?
Standard valve models typically ship within 4-6 weeks. Custom-engineered valves may require 8-12 weeks depending on complexity. Rush orders are available for urgent requirements.
